By combining intelligent scheduling, transparent AI recommendations, and intuitive user workflows, Parallel helps teams schedule meetings faster while giving users confidence in how scheduling decisions are made.
the PROBLEM
Environmental data is often presented through static charts and dashboards that communicate facts but fail to create emotional understanding. While the information is accurate, it is difficult for everyday users to interpret, limiting awareness and engagement with climate issues.

How might we design an AI-powered scheduling experience that simplifies meeting coordination while keeping users informed, in control, and confident in every scheduling recommendation?
The challenge was balancing powerful AI automation with transparent interactions, ensuring users understood how recommendations were generated without overwhelming them with technical complexity.
Designed and developed Parallel, a 0-to-1 SaaS platform that streamlines meeting scheduling through explainable AI and intuitive product design.
Key achievements included:
Built the product from concept to launch, leading product strategy, UX/UI design, and frontend implementation.
Designed transparent AI recommendation flows that increase user trust by explaining scheduling decisions.
Created scalable user flows and reusable design components to support future product growth.
Integrated Stripe and Supabase to deliver a functional production-ready MVP.
LEARNINGS
Parallel taught me that designing AI products is not only about automation—it is about building user trust. Most importantly, I learned that the best AI experiences don't replace user decision-making—they support it by making complex processes transparent, understandable, and easy to navigate.
